Scott Pruitt, how do you do it?

Leading the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is Scott Pruitt.  One of Trump’s close millionaire buddies.  He has filed numerous suits to weaken EPA.  At his Senate confirmation hearing, he stated that “the link between global warming and human activity is unclear.”  He consistently flies first class or by private charter jets.  He ordered two desks that would have totaled $70,000 until stopped by his staff.  One of them comparable to the Resolute Desk, which sits in the Oval Office.  He has tripled his security force from 8 to 20m compared to his predecessor.   He ordered and got a bulletproof SUV with run flat tires.  He demands that his motorcade run with sirens and flashing lights, like the President.  He had a $43,000 soundproof phone booth for his office, and the list just goes on and on.  The ceiling for office upgrades by Presidential appointees is$5000 it takes a waiver from Congress to exceed that.  Even with all of these flagrant violations of government spending limits, Trump doesn’t even chastise him.  Much less remove him from the position.  In fact, tRump defended him saying, “Rent was about market rate, travel expenses OK. Scott is doing a great job!”  The House Oversight Committee is supposedly looking into it.  In this GOP majority Congress, do you think that they’ll suddenly grow a spine, stand up to Trump and do their job?

Keep in mind that this man is in charge of guaranteeing that there is going to national parks, clean air and water, along with all the other natural resources for our children, grandchildren and generations to come.  Why Trump really chose him, is because he would follow every command of the Onward ho, king to strip away regulations and protections which the EPA has put in place since its founding in 1970.  Onward ho, with the capitalization of America for profit for the upper class.
